After massive success of DC’s superhero film, “Aquaman”, Warner Bros has announced that the sequel is officially in work.
Warner Bros has already hired David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick, who wrote the first film, to do the sequel alongside Will Beal.
James Wan is back, this time he will be the producer alongside Peter Safran. It’s still unclear whether Wan will also back as the director or not since the studio hasn’t confirmed anything regarding the director of sequel.
Jason Momoa and Amber Heard will definitely comeback to do the sequel, though the studio hasn’t mentioned anything about the casting, but we will see them again since they are the main character in this film.
“Aquaman” received massive success financially, gross over $1 billion worldwide at the box office, “Aquaman” now become one the most successful superhero film and highest grossing DCEU film ever.
