“Breaking Bad” series finally made into big screen

One of the most popular TV series “Breaking Bad” finally made into big screen.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, creator of the show Vince Gillian is developing a new film connected to the critically acclaimed series. According to The Albuquerque Journal reports, citing the New Mexico Film Office, the project will be titled “Greenbrier,” with production running from mid-November through early February.

Bryan Cranston, who played one of the main characters Walter White confirmed the news on “The Dan Patrick Show”

Yes, there appears to be a movie version of “Breaking Bad”. But I, honestly have not even read the script. So I couldn’t tell you. If Vince Gilligan asked me to do it, sure, absolutely. He’s a genius.

According to the report, the “Breaking Bad’ movie will be direct sequel to the series that is set after the events of the series finale. Remember when Jesse rides off into the night crying a laughing manically at the end of the series? Well, Jesse’s story will continue with this movie.

It was already revealed that the movie would follow “the escape of a kidnapped man and his quest for freedom.” Turns out that that Kidnapped man will be Jesse and the story “will follow his escape from Albuquerque following the bloody events of the series finale.”

So, it’s not clear whether Bryan Cranston will be back to reprise his role. But, one thing for sure. Aaron Paul will be back as Jesse Pinkman.
